pricing

pixel doodles: pay what you want! minimum price: £5 for static, £8 for animated

soft style:

headshot: £12.50
full-body: £25

payments are accepted through stripe (which accepts paypal)

addons for soft style commissions:

adding another character has an extra 100% fee.
complex designs will have an extra fee of 50%
adding items surrounding the character will cost an extra £6.
adding a blink animation will cost an extra £6
adding a background scene will cost an extra £10.
using the piece for monetised content (content where you use the art and gain money off the content such as youtube video thumbnails) will add an extra fee of 150% of the price
using the piece for commercial content (content where you make money off the art directly such as merch containing the art) will add an extra fee of 200% of the price

terms of service

("i" and "me" refers to the artist, minntibunni, who is providing the commission service. "you" refers to the commissioner paying for the service)

soft style commissions

by commissioning me, you have automatically accepted my terms of service.

i will not start the commission unless i have been paid the non-refundable 50% deposit upfront.

if the upfront payment hasn't been made within a week of me sending the invoice and accepting the commission then i will assume that you no longer want the commission and will cancel it.

i will only accept up to 3 revisions in the sketch stage, once the final payment has been made i will not be able to change anything in the art.

i'm allowed to decline a commission for whatever reason.

you cannot ask for refunds or holds.

commissioners who issue chargebacks will get blacklisted.

i own all rights to the art and i'm allowed to post the finished piece onto social media.

you are allowed to post the finished commission on social media but please credit me.

you are not allowed to remove the watermark or claim the piece as your own.

you can not use the art piece for monetised content unless you have paid the monetised content fee.

you can not use the art piece for commercial content unless you have paid the commercial content fee.

my art is not allowed to be used for NFTs or AI training.

rude and disrespectful commissioners will get blacklisted.

pixel style commissions

by commissioning me, you have automatically accepted my terms of service.

i will not start the commission unless i have been paid the money upfront.

if the upfront payment hasn't been made within a week of me sending the invoice and accepting the commission then i will assume that you no longer want the commission and will cancel it.

i only allow minor revisions after the art has been sent. (e.g. a missing accessory or wrong colour has been used)

i'm allowed to decline a commission for whatever reason.

you cannot ask for refunds or holds.

commissioners who issue chargebacks will get blacklisted.

i own all rights to the art and i'm allowed to post the finished piece onto social media.

you are allowed to post the finished commission on social media but please credit me.

you are not allowed to remove the watermark, modify the piece or claim it as your own.

the commissioned piece cannot be used for commercial use.

my art is not allowed to be used for NFTs or AI training.

soft style commissions

if paying in gbp - i will send you a stripe invoice each time you need to pay.

usually i can finish the commission within 2 weeks. during the process, i will send you updates on the art and what stage it is at (sketch, lineart, flat colours, etc).

please note that character details might be simplified and that i work with a pastel, more desaturated colour palette so colours may differ from the references given!

for gbp payments, you pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% upfront. (for rbx commissions i do 100% upfront, for rhd commissions i take 100% after sketch)
i send you a heavily-watermarked sketch.
you pay the remaining balance. (n/a for rbx/rhd commissions)
i send you the finished piece though dropbox (in PNG format).

no physical product is delivered.

pixel style commissions

the commission will usually be finished within a week. there will be no updates on what stage the art is at as it is a surprise-me.

please note that character details might be simplified and that i work with a pastel colour palette so colours may differ from the references given!

you pay the price you stated.
i send you the finished piece in PNG and GIF format. (both transparent and opaque backgrounds will be provided)

no physical product is delivered.

privacy policy

("i" and "me" refers to the artist, minntibunni, who is providing the commission service. "you" refers to the commissioner paying for the service)

when ordering a commission i have to collect these data from you: your contact information, name/username and information about the commission that you are ordering. this is to ensure that i will be able to collect payment and complete and send you the finished commission. other information that i will be able to see are payment details through stripe if you use a credit/debit card such as the last 4 digits of the card number (not the full number as that is hidden from me), expiry date and your post code (not the full address as only the post code can be entered in the payment form). this is so that i get paid for the commission. data about the commission is stored on a google sheet and payment details are stored in my stripe account which are both protected through two factor authentication. the only information that may be shared to the public is your name/username if i share the commission on social media. the rest of the information won't be shared with anyone else.
